Today, we raised $524.34 during the Wawa with the Law event to Cover the Cruiser! Thanks to each of you for your generous donations to benefit the tremendous athletes of @SOlympicsVA !!!

This week, we were thrilled to host some of our friends from @VCUPD for Speed Measurement Operator training. Led by instructors Major Beatty and Officer Gallagher, this training in RADAR/LIDAR is an essential part of keeping our campus roads safe. Thanks to all who participated!

National DEA Take Back Day was a rousing success! Officer Johnson collected a whopping 110 pounds of unwanted, unneeded or expired prescription drugs. Thank you to participating community members for helping to prevent accidental ingestion, abuse, and environmental contamination.
Take a look inside your medicine cabinet and make a difference! If you have medications you no longer need, haven't used, or that have expired, bring them to URPD's collection site on Sat., Oct. 26th, between 10 am and 2 pm at Lot C67 (367 College Road) #TakeBackDay
URPD would like to introduce and welcome Joshua Nevers (pictured L) and Richard Clark (pictured R) to the University of Richmond Police Department. They started the police academy at VCU this week.

Representatives from The University of Richmond Police Department will be at Green Top Hunt Fish from 11-4pm Ashland for the Law Enforcement Job Fair hosted by the Vale Foundation.
#TakeBackDay is a free event for communities nationwide to properly dispose of old and unneeded medications safely and anonymously. On Saturday, April 27, from 10am to 2pm, bring those old and unneeded medications to our collection site at parking lot C67 at 367 College Rd.
