Congrats to our PhD graduate Dr. Marina Bellido (@marinabellidom) and PhD student Marti Sidro (@martichickpea) for their recent work in developing the p-stereogenic phosphane ligand, MAdPHOS, which provides outstanding enantioselectivities in asymmetric hydrogenation of enamides!

Check out our work preparing 3,3-diarylallyl phthalimides as single diastereomers. we use this approach to synthesise various cyclopropylamines and achieve their highest enantioselectivities reported to date!

Our PhD student Sergi Rafael presented his work at @IRBBarcelona as part of the Research Nodes Seminar series. He explained his exciting research in Proximity-induced Pharmacology and its application toward developing novel treatments for evasive cancers. Well done Sergi!
We report a greener preparation of these chemical intermediates and demonstrate their versatility by incorporating this methodology into the formal synthesis of the pharmaceutical Apremilast.
