Following my complaint, Railway Police promptly visited and enquired about the incident on Paschim Express. They patiently heard us and assured improved safety and vigilance for passengers.

@IRCTCofficial i m travelling from mumbai to faridabad with a mother and son they offered me there seat to sit and travel and at the stations the reservation counter person misguided us and to take the general ticket and go in train so TC charged me fine so please refund me fine
