THE COST OF THE ARENA
There is something obscene about a country asking a man to walk into hell, then recoiling because he comes home smelling like smoke. This is all tied to our recent discussions about “merit”.
We take young Americans, hand them rifles, send them across oceans, and ask them to become intimate with things most lawmakers, journalists, and professional moralists will spend their entire lives safely avoiding. Then years later, some of those veterans are called to serve for something important and suddenly the people in the balcony become forensic experts on every ugly year of their lives.
Maybe they drank too much after the war. Perhaps their relationships were a wreck. They behaved badly and struggled. Look at him! Look how dirty he is!
No. Fucking. Shit. You sent him into the arena.
Accountability matters. Some things cannot be excused by war. But neither can redemption be erased because it complicates a confirmation hearing. If a warrior broke, fought his way back, made amends, rebuilt his life and became useful to his country again, that story should count for something more than another line of attack. But it doesn’t, unless you’re lined with gay race communism.
Instead, America increasingly wants warriors without scars. We want the violence performed somewhere far away, neatly packaged, then returned to us without residue. And we want men willing to enter the arena, but God help them if they bleed on the carpet afterward.
The ugliest part is watching people whose greatest professional danger is a hostile headline point down from the marble seats at the scarred man below and laugh at the mud on his face.
You may be physically cleaner than him because you were never in the dirt. But your soul is filthy.
And history will not remember your name.

Europe isn’t being invaded.
It’s committing suicide while calling anyone who wishes to defend her an extremist.
Every civilization dies twice. First in the soul, then in the streets. Europe is between the two.
They spent decades teaching their people that defending their civilization was immoral.
They shouldn’t act surprised when no one is willing to defend it.
Rome didn’t fall because the barbarians were unstoppable. It fell because Romans stopped believing Rome was worth defending.
Europe should study that harder than their stupid climate policy.
The greatest trick their ruling class ever pulled wasn’t convincing them that mass migration was inevitable. It was convincing them that resistance was immoral.
The walls aren’t failing. The men who were supposed to stand on them already left. Everything else is just arithmetic.
Europe isn’t watching history repeat itself. It’s literally volunteering for the sequel.
History doesn’t care how compassionate your intentions were. It only records who inherited your cities.
Europe, you are doomed.
They love this argument: If you can’t distinguish between various factions of far-leftism, then you’re automatically disqualified from having an opinion.
Up front, here are the definitions (plus bonus Leninism definition):
Communists = Strive for a classless society with common ownership of production.
Marxists = Communists who believe in a classless society as the end of history.
Leninists = Those who idolize the man who operationalized Marxism to its logical conclusion.
Socialists = Fake meaning (Berniebros): Kids who like free stuff. Real meaning (PSL, DSA): Communists who pretend to tolerate dissent.
And now here’s the reason why they’re all interchangeable and why it’s perfectly OK for everyone to use any one of those terms to refer to the others:
They all advocate to overthrow the American government via revolution. Every single faction I’ve researched has had links to foreign hostile governments in service of revolution. Rubio’s Cuba Report from last week did a good job of documenting far left ties to Cuba. But what’s not covered is their deep ties to Venezuela, Nicaragua, Iran, China, and more.
Far-leftists are fundamentally subversive to the core, with allegiances to foreign hostile governments. All of them. That’s what makes them interchangeable. Not whether they decide their party platform via Comintern vs. parliament.
They’re “populist” only insofar as their allegiance is to some arbitrary Communist utopia rather than NATO. Which, by the way, is why I’m going to call out any right-wing commentator who proposes forming alliances with so-called “left-wing populists.”
State governments must take the lead in banning far-leftists from voting in local elections or holding statewide office.
Just in case anyone is seeking my opinion regarding the practice of serving Department of War members publicly championing Secretary Hegseth's wholly necessary reforms, please consider my article on the subject linked below as my full and complete official statement on such practice.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Our raw/unedited video of the last 2:30 of the fireworks last night from the roof of Kennedy Center.
Check out the lightning strike at the 12 second mark.
Then skip to the last 30 seconds where you felt the concussions in your chest and the building was actually shaking.
Frickin' awesome!
Hello Mr. Clinton,
I'm not going to extend to you the courtesy that your paragraph about lawfare extends to Trump supporters. Because I've studied enough of you, to know what you are truly about.
You were President during the post-Cold War sugar high. I have it thoroughly documented that you and your administration met with George Soros frequently, and in short term changed your policy positions to fit whatever George Soros proposed.
Which was: continuous military intervention all over the world. Starting with the bombing of Yugoslavia. You were the original neoconservative. Madeline Albright used "open society" phrasing in communicating your foreign policy documents. You are a part of the long string of failures of nation-building in the name of democracy, the Western interventions that resulted in millions of mass migrants overwhelming our borders, artificial famines, and us building the infrastructure that enabled China to take over the Africa continent and extract African resources for themselves.
But. Most of all. Those of us -- and there are a good deal many of us -- who have been ruined by lawfare. @GenFlynn sacrificed everything. @JeffClarkUS has had his life ruined and is still rebuilding. At the end of the day, only one President has been the subject of repeated assassination attempts and eighty-plus indictments - and it's President Trump. Not anyone in your orbit.
Seriously, Bill. What do you think when you see that a Democrat gets indicted by a grand jury, and a judge inevitably overturns that indictment on grounds that nobody has heard of? "Oh wow the judges are so wise and saw right through a jury of peers! And that wisdom coincidentally happens to always fall on party lines!" Give me a break.
Every single one of us on the right-wing side knows that when your side regains power, your side will turn the full might of lawfare on us. You will cheer on mass incarcerations. You openly brag about that. You even toe the line of threatening to jail current military members if they don't refuse orders from Pete Hegseth.
You are the evil one here. You cheer on the burning of our cities. You cheer on lawfare of Republicans. You never apologized for the millions of lives disrupted all over the world. You never say a word about the billions or even trillions of dollars that have been robbed by your friends through corrupt NGOs.
The fact that none of you are in jail, proves that we are the powerless ones here. You're just afraid that someone sees you for you who are, and you secretly know that image is ugly.
I have just finished reading Justice Clarence Thomas's 91-page dissent in the Supreme Court’s ruling striking down Trump’s birthright citizenship order.
It's incredible.
Here's everything you need to know: 🧵
Amazing how fast the Pentagon’s self-anointed Hall of Sacred Stars turns into a bunch of hysterical old bitches the second Pete Hegseth starts touching their furniture.
For years these pricks ran the place like their own private country club with security clearances and taxpayer-funded bar tabs.
Lose wars? Get promoted.
Botch the Kabul disaster so badly that Americans got left behind and working dogs got abandoned? Circle the wagons and protect your own.
Turn the force into a DEI clown show that prioritized race, gender, and feelings over combat power? Call it “progress” and hand each other medals.
Let retired generals and admirals linger over the active ranks like vultures waiting for their next board seat or cable news hit? That was just “mentorship.”
They built a perfect machine: command a division, lose some wars, retire, then cash in on defense contractor boards, think tank sinecures, and “distinguished” speaking fees while still whispering in the ears of the officers they left behind. And if anyone asked too many questions, the whole rotten club would close ranks and call it an attack on “the institution.”
Now Hegseth walks in and starts yanking out the people who helped turn the United States military into a taxpayer-funded sociology experiment with guns, and suddenly these same arrogant bastards rediscover “norms,” “process,” and “institutional integrity.” Spare me the theater.
This was never about keeping politics out of the military. It was always about protecting the people who already politicized it, institutionalized it, and then decorated themselves for doing it. Hegseth didn’t bring politics into the Pentagon. He found their political machine already installed, running at full power, and guarded by men with stars on their chests and future paychecks in their eyes.
And now that machine is getting smashed.
The howling you’re hearing isn’t concern for the troops. It’s the sound of a corrupt old boys club watching their racket get dismantled in real time.
