Boomtown came out with a better game plan this time and pulled out a 21-17 Game 1 win. Game 2 was more in favor of Boomtown in action and pace as the Saints defeated The Squad 21-13 to become IFT Champions for a 7th time! Ryan Scott was named MVP.

IFT 63, the grand daddy of all disc sports. The weather was another factor for the second tourney of the year, 85-90 degrees both days & windy. Round Robin was a strange one, w/top teams losing; 2 dark horse teams emerged as top 3 seeds. Wolfpack (Marquette) & Team Dan (Detroit).

The LB Final-game was extremely close, with it tied 20-20, Bop threw high and dumped the point, to make it 21-20 and had Boomtown with the game winner in hand. They scored it and won 22-20 and raced off to the Finals to meet The Squad again.

Ryan Scott was named MVP. The big take away after this tournament was a needed start time and better tournament amenities which was agreed to by all TDs afterwards and held up in the next few tourneys.

Wisco 2021: the very first tourney back after COVID restricted travel, and it was a much needed event. 15-20% of the entire field were rookies to the tournament events for USA Guts. That’s a huge achievement for us and congrats to those players and the people who brought them.

Wisco ‘21 was HOT! It was 90+ degrees all weekend and pretty humid. Nearly every single game in the winners brackets went 3 games. Because of this and the heat, the finals ended in darkness and a 1-1 game Draw was agreed to by Shottle Bop (keeweenaw) and Bahama Mama (Lansing).
