Given that hemp was the most common paper; and was so commonly grown taxes were required to be paid in hemp, it is reasonable to believe that the copies were made on hemp paper.

It just makes sense to legalize cannabis. People are still going to consume. Isn't it better to consume safely? Prohibition tried to stop alcohol. It only led to unsafe alcohol practices and rising black market. Plus, it's a homegrown business. An American, tariff free business. @itstyson20

Tax and Regulate to deprive cartels and bad actors of valuable revenue (and give Texans real property tax relief)
Why regulate hemp rather than ban it? ATF form 4473 Question 21. f. Hemp allows Texans to legally purchase firearms requiring this form. TCUP is a backdoor to disarming citizens and vets alike.
The founders would be disappointed in the disarming of American Citizens, especially of those who served this country.

Texas's cannabis industry is restrictive compared to California or Oklahoma, but it would be worse without him. We've been close friends for nearly a decade, rarely agreeing politically except on weed and college football. Conservatives and liberals can coexist in this industry and this veto proves it. Texans spoke and Abbott listened.
