BREAKING: Pakistani Taliban chief Mufti Noor Wali Mehsud has denied reports of his death in a video message, saying he is currently in Pakistan’s Khyber tribal district, where his group controls areas among the Kuki Khel and Qambar Khel tribes. The video appears to show him in a mountainous area, gesturing toward what he describes as Pakistani military posts on a nearby peak.

#Pakistan🇵🇰: Ex Prime Minister and without doubt the most popular leader of Pakistan, Mr @ImranKhanPTI has again named, Major General Faisal Naseer of the intelligence service ISI, responsible for any harm which may come to him during the democratic process. The global community and the human rights watchdogs are closely monitoring the situation in Pakistan with keen interest, where the state sponsored fascism is currently rampant, and gross human rights violations are being reported on an almost daily basis.
What's disturbing to note is that in most of these human rights violations, either directly or indirectly, the country's military establishment, in particular the feared intelligence service, ISI is found to be involved.
The international community can not take this lightly anymore, as the intelligence service is playing a pivotal role in curbing freedom and democracy, while carrying out pre-poll election engineering, which has been found to be its traditional role. These actions will result in promoting extremism and political instability in the nuclear armed Islamic Republic, which has global ramifications.
IHRF calls upon all the political parties in Pakistan to work together in safeguarding and promoting democracy in their country.
The military establishment in Pakistan must realise that without political stability, their country cannot achieve the much desired destination of economic stability and prosperity. The military must stop to cut the branch, they are sitting on.
