Naïve fool that thought the courts were to protect us from injustice. You’re welcome to study the evidence at my website forum. Believer in fairness & honesty.
@BrennanCenter Term limits are not the answer. Congress needs to impeach Justices that ignore the Constitution. Example, 9 Justices ignored "But Congress may..." from Amendment XIV and put us in the mess we are in today. See https://t.co/Izv52ra9iR
@BrennanCenter There were 5-6 Justices when the US population was 3,000,000. But now at 333,000,000, 111 times that doesn't make sense. 45 or even 60 (and adjust as experience shows) in panels of 3 per case with panels of 9 when the 3 vote 2/1. See https://t.co/h2U3JGFyCg SCOTUS Rethought
@BrennanCenter Term limits are not a useful solution. The original SCOTUS was 5 or 6 Justices for a 3,000,000 population. Today the population is 330,000,000. 45 or even 60 Justices in random panels of 3 with random panels of 9 when the 3 don't agree would be far smarter.
The time is well past when Justices (of the U.S. Supreme Court) should have been impeached for what is distinctly NOT "good Behaviour." All 9 ignored "But Congress may..." plain English words. Some (6) now have ignored the VRA law without any clear Constitutional justification.
@gtconway3d And impeach all 9 SCOTUS Justices too. They are the ones that ignored Amend. XIV 3's "But Congress may..." and instead of passing the case to Congress grabbed the power to themselves. Let the Senate figure out who to convict and remove.
@gtconway3d But the courts are letting lawyers run amok! SCOTUS is participating. SCOTUS, all 9, should be impeached. The Constitution says "But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability." SCOTUS decided it BACKWARDS themselves!!! See https://t.co/Izv52ra9iR.
@BulwarkOnline@gtconway3d Are correct arithmetic, valid logic, and understanding law and Constitution in plain English guaranteed by Amendment IX? Thanks
@carronJphillips Appreciate your Contrarian piece! But don't wear out yet; help me make Michiganders see that white folks like me are also gravely at risk when Michigan and Federal Courts IGNORE the Constitution. Study https://t.co/9G3oC980l8 and you'll see. Ask questions.
@MannC84373 Judges and Justices don't have to find something unConstitutional. They can AND DO ignore anything: incorrect arithmetic, invalid logic, clear words understood in English of law or Constitution ...
"But Congress may ..."
Past the point of disgusting!
https://t.co/HytLpJKRC4
@tribelaw Even JUDGES don't get it. Michigan judges won't even READ the law, they just jump to the conclusion they want!!! See https://t.co/HytLpJKjMw. SCOTUS ignored "But Congress may..." in the Constitution also!!!
@gtconway3d But he's just building on the judges and Justices who for years have disregarded laws and constitutions and gotten away with it because the respective congresses/legislatures have allowed it with full complicity from lawyers. https://t.co/HytLpJKjMw
@JamesMac299@LKisback@brenttuttle@nayibbukele Thank you. I thought that was still in the courts. Biden got one mechanism ruled against but I thought he put forth another that still hasn't finished. If you could cite the SCOTUS case no. that would help me.
@tribelaw What you fail to comprehend @tribelaw is that many judges, even Justices, have, for too long been abusing their power to make unlawful decisions. 2 + 2 = 3 for example. Integrity isn't there anymore. Violence isn't the answer, lawful complaint and sanction are. Lawyers MUST help.
@MiltonE55653129@brenttuttle@nayibbukele You think defying the law and just cutting down anyone you don't like because you PRESUME you (Trump) are all powerful? Wrong, you'll be up soon...
@shuhen32022@brenttuttle@nayibbukele There are corrupt judges no doubt. But the ones Trump is complaining about are NOT corrupt, they are high integrity people, unlike the low integrity President.
