@ring It’s not just me. Look at comments on this thread and look at Down Detector. These are devices in two different locations (30mi apart), and devices 200 miles away are working properly.

So this is now the 5th extended @Xfinity @XfinitySupport outage in my area since Christmas Day. Absolutely horrific service, can’t reach anyone on the phone. Outage occurs on same node every time according to their outage map. Need @MFinney help soon in San Jose. @FCC

It was disappointing to arrive home to @FlySJC late last night (where @MattMahanSJ voice welcomes us) to 1) zero wheelchair assist available for a @SouthwestAir flight and 2) no security monitoring the homeless who were camping in the Terminal B lobby and baggage claim.

The elevator to baggage claim level had obviously had someone napping in it (smell plus dirty). No security was to be found except outside handling traffic

Going on 14 hours of internet and TV outage from @Xfinity @XfinitySupport. Before they suggest checking the app for updates, been doing that all day. Their restoration time kept pushing out and is now just missing.
