"Ricin and how not to do it"
Ricin is one of the most lethal substances known and produced by the castor oil plant, Ricinus communis. It's a common ornamental plant. My local arboretum has them at the entrance. Pretty, huh?
Have yet another pt with vaping-severe lung injury/resp failure/hemoptysis. Was using nicotine & THC products. This was just what was found with pt from most recent use. You can see why there is a lot to sort out when seeking causation. (Used with permission.)
