$USEI is not dead... we will revive the firm... we have a pathway to restore this firm and an excellent Plan B if all else fails... the bank canceling all of our accounts was a big deal that will be resolved this week... markets and crypto have all gone crazy but all is temporary

$USEI unfortunately 3 things happened at the same time... OTCM filings, unexpected sec Nv (bills) and BofA closed all six our our accounts because of crypto ($frozen) ...we had to create new corps and establish new banking (difficult)... getting close... we will fix USEI
