Congratulations to these USF CAS faculty who have been awarded 2026 Humanities Institute Summer Grants.
These grants support faculty over the summer conducting archival research, manuscript writing and editing, data collection, research assistance, travel, and more.
On Feb. 20, Aimee Nezhukumatathil visited campus for a nature writing workshop with students and faculty at the USF Botanical Gardens as part of the Humanities Institute's Multispecies Ecologies Faculty Fellowship. She also gave a fun and unique public reading and book signing!

On Feb. 24, Professor Laura Ogden of Dartmouth College helped lead a multispecies walking seminar in Flatwoods Park with faculty and students and gave a public talk in the evening as part of the Humanities Institute's Multispecies Ecologies Faculty Fellowship.
