U.S. Forces conducted a precision strike this evening, destroying additional rockets aimed at the airfield.

Kandahar Airfield received ineffective indirect fire this afternoon; no injury to personnel or damage to equipment. 

Gen Miller has been clear about the Coalition's intent to protect the force.

GEN Miller & BG Vergori met w/Herat PGOV Qattali, MG Arghandiwal & Col Sepah on Saturday to assess the security in Herat and across the 207th Corps. GEN Miller praised the integration of the security pillars and reaffirmed #NATO support.
