We have to file our US tax in case we are tax cheats. We have to pay tax on our non-US income because “we must contribute”.

@realDonaldTrump @USGoldCardLaw Bottom line: This means that U.S. citizens living outside the USA will be taxable by the U.S. on income sourced outside the USA.

Yet a Gold Card holder living IN the USA will NOT be taxed on income sourced outside the USA.

In State Of The Union address @RealDonaldTrump confirmed that for 5 million dollar fee @USGoldCardLaw holders will NOT pay U.S. tax on their non-U.S. source income. This creates a new category of U.S. tax resident:

"Territorial Taxation" for Gold Card holders.
