The defendant of the District of Columbia, pleaded guilty today to three counts of assaulting a government official, in connection with a May 8 incident during which she spit on former U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr. and with her May 22 arrest during which she spit and kicked one Deputy United States Marshal and kicked another.
U.S. District Court Judge Jia M. Cobb scheduled sentencing for Oct. 10, 2025.
