Last week, Program Officer Natalie Steinhauser hosted a portfolio review and science fair for her Prepared Warfighter portfolio researchers within ONR's Warfighter Performance Department at ONR HQ.
The science fair provided an opportunity for participants to showcase cutting-edge ONR-sponsored work, exchange ideas and engage with colleagues and stakeholders across disciplines. Researchers shared critical insights into their fields of study that support the warfighter, fielded questions from attendees and explored opportunities for collaboration.
Projects and topics on display included cognitive performance, training technologies, performance assessment and after-action review, and decision superiority, all highlighting the breadth of research underway to better understand and enhance warfighter performance and overall lethality and readiness of the fleet.
Through efforts like these, ONR continues to connect researchers, foster innovation and advance the leading-edge S&T that supports @usnavy and @USMC.
