I’ve kept my silence during the bickering. My silence breaks when Trump blatantly lies about my chamber. He says the senate has failed to act when just the day before we passed the budget and multiple pieces of legislation. One of which condemns the house. Trump proved us right.

PPT Tree is not living up to the standards of the U.S. Senate, although we were able to avoid another shutdown this time, multiple prior shutdowns were a direct result of his inaction, to which he claims no responsibility for. If he is too busy irl he should step down, period.

Tonight, I had the honor and privilege of presiding over both a House and Senate session to pass the March 2023 Federal Budget. But the unfortunate reality is that the House has no leadership, and the Senate's leadership doesn't seem to care enough about their jobs to be active.
