For this week’s weekly dialogues, the UST Concilium Philosophiae proudly presents the work of our very own Asst. Prof. Blaise Ringor, Ph.D., entitled “Laborem Contemplativus: Work as Contemplation amidst Economic Progression”.

Drawing from Greek cosmology, medieval Christian thought, modern economic critiques, and the personalist tradition of Karol Wojtyla, Ringor opines that labor ought to be seen as an act rooted in the innate dignity of the human person and as a “pathway towards contemplation.”
