@BradenTClark They aren't allowed to put any of this in place on the original NIL court ruling because it would arguably limit players potential for their $ from name, image, and likeness. Here we are though, now that we see it needs it it would take a lot of hoops to make any changes work.

It is interesting I’ve gone my whole life hearing byu can’t get top recruits cause of the honor code. Now the honor code isn’t an issue, suddenly. Either they’ve loosened up, that was never the issue, or for the right price anyone can deal with the honor code.
