It's been 40+ days with no refund in sight. I've been very patient and cooperative with the team and waited for the refund. Nobody updated me, I had to reach out every other

day, and now since a few days, they have stopped responding to my emails, my messages, and even my calls.
It's our hard earned money that we put in to buy these products.
The team was quick enough to get the product picked up but has been delaying the refund since.

P.S. I have not received a single update from the customer support on their own even after telling me again and again that we'll check and get back. I have to call and mail repeatedly to get the same response that we'll check and get back.

I did not want to post here but the customer support team has left me no choice.
It's been more than a month since I have been asking for a refund.
I asked for a refund right after placing the order and was assured of the same, yet,

No matter how good the product is, if this is the customer service that you guys will offer to a cooperating customer, then you guys won't get too far honestly.
I didn't want to post this here, but I'm left helpless and I just hope that the right person reads this.

After keeping my TV with them for more than one month, they come back with an unrepaired TV and say that LG will come and repair it Sir. We have a tie up with them of this kind, we pay them and they will repair.

So I bought a 55" LG TV from Vijay Sales in 2021 (comes with standard one year warranty) and made the mistake of purchasing an extended warranty from Vijay Sales (1/6)

It appears as if the TV WAS just lying around 15+ days and then was RETURNED BACK AS IS. Pathetic experience & would not recommend anyone purchasing this extended warranty scam. Better off buying company warranty instead. Thank you @VijaySales, you lost a loyal customer. (6/6)
