Unfortunately the @premierleague is gonna lose the best defender itw because he’s been hounded out by PGMOL refereeing him differently to every single other player in the league, cheered on loudly by @GNev2 & Sky Sports.
And they wonder why the real big stars don’t move here?!
If they land Barcola and Diomande after buying Wirtz, Isak, and Ekitike last summer, they'll have spent like 700M on attackers and still won't have a midfield or defense.
I'm going to settle this argument about Anderson's value.
Arsenal signed Declan Rice 3 years ago, when he was 24 for £100m.
Elliot Anderson is not only better than Rice was 3 years ago, he's better than Rice NOW!
He's 23!!!

@Refsplaining@TheAthleticFC I feel like you’re failing to engage critically on this. The outcome isn’t open to question. We know what happened. Chelsea weren’t awarded a penalty and were instead awarded a corner. They scored on the corner. Your method would have them score on the penalty. Same end result.
@Refsplaining@TheAthleticFC Graham, wanted to circle back on this because it’s a fundamental flaw of your analysis. If giving the penalty would have removed Chelsea’s goal, how did Arsenal benefit?
@Refsplaining@TheAthleticFC Sure, I agree. But the denied penalty incident resulted in a corner they scored from, via a Hincapie own goal. Had the penalty been awarded, the corner would not have been awarded and Chelsea's goal could not have happened. The game state would not change. It would be 1-1 at half
@SamBenney0@picassolite_@SVCarbaholic Engine, sure. It’s not like MLS doesn’t have an engine though. There’s more to being vulnerable in transition than engine.
@MaripBoy@picassolite_@SVCarbaholic Every midfielder in the world in more vulnerable than rice in transition. If that’s your standard, there’s no such thing as cover for rice.
