It has been more than 2 years since IGL started work for Piped Connection to the residents of Ward No. 8, Mehrauli, New Delhi - 30.

They dug the roads and cut the streets to lay out the pipes. 1/n

@IGLSocial The contractor installed a meter in some of the houses but after that, they left their work halfway and disappeared.

There are some 1000 flats across 40-50 multi-storeyed apartments/ buildings. Here, residents have no clue about the next step and the timeline. 2/n

Surrounding of thr Ward No.8, Mehrauli has been bad for quite some time due to gambling (day time) & drinking (evening n night) activities near Maharaja Agrasen Park area.

We have raised this issue with local beat office w/ several times but to no avail. n/1
