Several union workers dressed in #SquidGames outfit take part in a rally in #Seoul, saying just like in the movie they too are struggling to make a living. They called on the government to improve workersโ rights. Some reports say about 30,000 took part in the rally.

UTD's COVID-19 numbers may look like they're falling, but it's an illusion. Mandatory testing for all university-affiliated people is now over, so reported cases are obviously going to go down.
UTD YDSA fully supports the four resolutions passed by Student Government, and endorses continued de-densification and HyFlex course modality. Less students in the room = less cases. Simple as that.
Your SG Senate passed these resolutions regarding

Indigenous peoples are not the past.
They are living, powerful, and loving today.
Elders, children, activists, teachers, leaders, community, and so many among the missing.

We cannot simply rely on on pithy tweets, appeals to a politician's moral sensibilities, a single vote in November or, or the idea that dems might maybe possibly add supreme court justices should they win. The people must make our history.
The death of RBG and the possibility of a 6-3 conservative Supreme Court presents a serious threat of further erosion of our already weak civil rights, especially for women, lgbtq people, and BIPOC. The only way to protect these rights is coordinated mass action.
Today we remember the 3,000 people who died in the World Trade Center 19 years ago and the one million Iraqis who died in America's subsequent war for oil.
