If there was any accountability, INEOS should look at themselves first. From their blunders in managerial appointments to failing to strengthen the squad in the previous window. The players may have put in a disgraceful performance but, Ratcliffe, Berrada and Wilcox are the main culprits.
@FrankEra_@SamC_reports They know that if they suspend Licha, we’ll have just four fit senior defenders to choose from, which only further justifies his outburst about the club’s recruitment.
Orrr, here’s a suggestion, let me just throw something out there, might be a long-shot so bare with me….
MAYBE it’s because he looked to his left and saw a 19 y/o CB as his LB & looked ahead and saw no fucking centre forward IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
🤣🤣🤣🤣
@dannysimpson Didn't know you needed qualifications to speak the truth? Why are our former players defending the ownership? If you care about the club, you should speak up.
Manchester United vs Atletico Madrid
Same issues, another match. The start was dreadful. Conceding in the first minute is unacceptable. We grew into the game, but Carrick got the lineup wrong and should have made the substitutions sooner.
If we'd converted our chances, it could've been a different game. After the substitutions, we finally started playing decent football, but the red card killed our momentum. Can't fault Yoro when Atletico kept playing long balls to exploit our high line.
Not having a senior LB for a big game like this is shocking. Wilcox and the higher-ups must be held accountable. Players like Rashford, who barely contribute, need to be sold.
Massive respect to Licha for speaking out against the board. Not having a single senior LB available for a UCL fixture against Atletico Madrid is a joke. With Sesko injured, Zirkzee is our only available forward. The board deserves all the criticism for the poor performances.
Licha could face a suspension or, in the worst-case scenario, even be released. But will the board take that risk when we have only four fit defenders for the Leeds match? If they still go ahead and suspend him, it wouldn't be surprising. At this point, it feels like they're more interested in maximising revenue and keeping INEOS and the Glazers happy than making this club competitive.
