RAWLINGS PRESEASON NCBA DI TOP 20
For the first time since 2015, the reigning National Champion, Penn State, is not at #1 despite getting the vast majority of 1st-place votes. Not a huge surprise to see ECU at the top with many returning players. 45 total teams recieved votes!
