Practice tonight from 8-10pm on the turf. No practice tomorrow morning, so attendance tonight is a must.

No practice tomorrow morning due to cold and expected precipitation. Get to TREC and put in a few miles and hit the wall in the afternoon.

Practice will be held on the track in the TREC @ 6pm tonight. We will run 2 miles and be done.
