Yesterday, members & mutual aid responded to a brush fire at Bigelow Hollow State Park. Despite incredibly difficult terrain with no access by boat nor UTV, the fire was contained within a matter of hours. DEEP crews continue to work hotspots today.

At approximately 1:30PM, we responded to a fully involved coach bus fire on I-84 E near the Massachusetts state line. The highway was closed and mutual aid from @SturbridgeFD was requested.

DELAYED: Last night shortly after 10:30pm, we were dispatched to #I84 WB in the construction zone on scene with a tractor trailer versus a truck towing a trailer. Thankfully there was no serious injuries. Please use caution when traveling in construction zones!!
