Contrast Sprints
We incorporate contrast sprints during our acceleration phase of speed work. Pairing resisted and unresisted sprinting allows us to target different aspects of the Force-Velocity-Curve in an acceleration position and take advantage of PAP.

These are some of our stationary maximum velocity drills. We integrate these into our speed sessions and warm-ups to reinforce positioning, leg cycling and speed. All drills incorporate the 3-Bucket position. Thanks to @kenclarkspeed for the great cue idea!
