TIGA's Making Games in the UK 2024 report reveals a 4.8% growth in the UK games development sector over the past year, despite a global downturn in the industry, largely driven by major console studios in London, the North East, and North West.

The UK games development sector has grown in the past year, despite companies downsizing and studio closures, according to new research published by @TIGAMovement, the trade association representing the UK video games industry.
