@lrningsanctuary to students who are in fact traumatised and not with “typical” student stress, are we aggravating issue? Perhaps Q relates to default advice giving that would not fit all student (till now I’d assume advising meditation etc would have no ill effect). Thanks. 2/2

Hi, I loved your UWS webinar y’day. I had a Q re default mode network. I’ve read meditation can reduce DMN activity and reduce stress. You showed DMN is all but diminished by trauma. So my question is, if we promote things like meditation/mindfulness...1/2
