Bittensor today. 48 of the 121 subnet team channels we follow had news, plus the ecosystem press.
SN44 Score: Launches two new public elements
Score (SN44) introduced two new elements on the public track: worksite PPE compliance detection and fallen person detection.
SN62 Ridges: Launches test generation competition
The Ridges team launched Competition 29 for test generation, allocating 48% of emissions to it alongside 48% for Database Engineering and 4% for Linting.
SN78 Umi: Opens C5 miner enrollment after script fixes
The Umi team fixed issues in the miner upgrade script and opened enrollment for miners to join the C5 phase.
SN46 Instant: SN46 Releases Miner v0.6.0 and Validator v0.1.3
The subnet team shipped Miner v0.6.0 and Validator v0.1.3, introducing auto-update mechanisms for both, fairer routing for miners, and proof tolerance that requires multiple bad proofs before disqualification.
SN66 conjectures: Team networks at major events
Team members attended the Exploit Summit and OpenAI Dev Day, making connections and generating interest in the project.

@MarioNawfal Once his ships arrive in Iran 🇮🇷 end of November and he escalates hard, oil rockets past $200. US offers Europe premium oil and Europe swallows it until the right (AfD) takes over, de-escalates with Russia and gets cheap Russian gas again.
Claude Code just shipped mods...
I made one that connects you to a multiplayer Doom server while Claude is busy.
Every other player in the match is a person waiting for their Claude to finish.
I give warning last year about Japan yield increase cause all us go on Only fan spread butt cheek for avoid starvation. Now Japan bond yield AND America bond yield both increase.
ARE YOUR BUTTHOLE READY FOR MAKE SOME MONEY?!??!?
Summary of old tweet below:
> Japan go through deflation for much long time, maybe since 1980s. This mean their price of goods keep go down. Why? Low birth rate.
>If everyone old, no one buy anything. If no one buy, price alway be low.
>Japanese government then say, “okay, we print much money try make price go up”.
>So Japan print much money, and also make interest rate be zero for long time.
> all venture capital and hedge fund borrow Japan money, use for buy America asset
> price for all asset in America go up
> now Japan say “okay nigga, no more cheap money. Pay high yield now”
> now all world hedge fund and private equity must sell asset for pay back borrowed Japan currency
> now all asset price crash. Company no money. Cannot raise capital, must fire people
> you and me must go on onlyfan sell buthole picture for not be starvation
Oh no.
Everyone on planet Earth is talking about local AI right now
And for good reason
Governments are banning models. Hardware prices are 10xing
You NEED to be getting into local AI. The number 1 questions everyone has though is which computer to buy?
Here's your answer:
You basically have 3 options:
1. MAC STUDIO (high intelligence, lower speeds)-
Mac Studios are excellent devices for local AI. They can run MASSIVE models. I'm running GLM 5.2 right now on a single Mac Studio. The model is Opus 4.8 level
The issue is, Mac Studios are a bit slower at running intelligence (altho the M5 Ultra is promising)
Mac Studios are a good choice for you if you want frontier level intelligence, but are fine running the intelligence passively
Meaning you get top intelligence, but it runs more in the background rather than on demand
As an example, I have GLM 5.2 running security checks on my codebase every hour. It creates a report. I review this later in the day
2. POWERHOUSE NVIDIA CHIPS (RTX 5090, 6000 Pro)
Nvidia is the most valuable company in the world, and for good reason
They make the world's best GPUs.
They have decent VRAM (32gb on the 5090, 96gb on the 6000 Pro) and INSANE bandwidth. Meaning the local models run at unbelievable speeds
I'm running Qwen 3.8 locally on a 5090 and it's just as fast as cloud models
I'd go this route if you want to run an AI agent like Hermes off a local model, still get decent intelligence, but have it able to work lightning fast
3. AI WORKSTATIONS (DGX Spark type computers)
The DGX Spark is an excellent AI computer
It has high memory (128gb unified memory) and has decent speeds because of the Nvidia CUDA architecture
It is basically the sweet spot between a cutting edge Nvidia chip and a Mac Studio
You can run medium sized models, and get usable speeds out of them
You're not going to get the same performance as cloud models, but it will allow you to offload small secondary tasks to your local models for them to handle
They are also the absolute easiest to get up and running
You plug it in, then tell your agent on your main computer to go onto it and set it up. You don't even need it connected to a monitor
CONCLUSION
Here's what it comes down to: how high intelligence do you need, what speeds do you need, and how plug and play do you want?
Want the highest speeds, like you are used to with cloud compute? Build a computer around an RTX 5090
Want to run frontier level intelligence, and don't mind slower speeds, go with a Mac Studio
Either way, it's never been more important to get into local AI
🚨HUGE: Bitcoin could get Zcash-style PRIVATE transfers without a soft fork, a new paper proposes.
"Shielded Bitcoin" is a new protocol that would hide the amount, sender and receiver of each transfer directly on Bitcoin, while zero-knowledge proofs keep every transfer verifiable.
The whitepaper says Bitcoin's transaction history is permanently public, and chain analysis can often link addresses to their owners.
With Shielded Bitcoin, users could still share view-only keys with auditors to prove payments
This is the most insane cancer story I've ever read.
A Croatian virologist's breast cancer beat surgery and chemo, came back at stage 3B and started eating into her muscle.
She decided to cure her own cancer with an insane method.
And she did it successfully: (1/17)
@0xSero Hi, dad of 2 from 🇩🇪
I teach my kids that privacy and real power can live under the same roof.
A 150€ M910q 16GB became the vault, my sovereign memory (20y of docs, contracts, bills).
The 3060 already feels tight. A 3090 upgrades the AI side without ever touching it.
Infamous clan leader and LEFT election party.
This is huge. Issa Remmo, the leader of one of the most notorious Arab crime families in Germany, joined the election party of the left.
The clan stole 113,8 Millionen worth of jewels in one of the biggest heists in german history.
Islamic gangs have a huge interest and likely also investment in the Islamo-Marxist victory.
@thesupermannx@Scobleizer Researchers already flagged this 🚩
(C2C) lets LLMs share internal states without text, so it’s faster and richer, but also far less transparent. If agents go rogue or get compromised, humans (and monitors) can’t easily read or audit what they’re “saying” to each other.
