@SBICard_Connect Now so many Days / Months your customer support - not solving - issue they are in denial and not even shown any empathy to solving or improving issue every time denial - still i am waiting for a call fro CEO or any Senior Management people .
@SBICard_Connect seems no interested in improvements - They do all illegal and unethical practices in name of recovery with customers - no accountability , every time they change numbers people call from personal numbers which are not in @SBICard_Connect records, no official recordings of misbehave. Now after so many month , I realized - without support from management recovery agencies do not have dare to misbehave to customers.
Copy paste replies from Customer support - no intention of solving problems - s these people use personal number @SBICard_Connect conveniently goes in denial
