So even with a web design degree, you still need 3 premium sites and must push clients to add features just to apply for this certificate? Feels like a money grab—charging new freelancers for a sticker instead of genuinely supporting the community.

Unfortunate to see the lack of beneficial UX features. Here is one for free typically the UX designer would do a study and realize you want to add "in store pick up" options to increase foot traffic and many more benefits for the company.

@OnliaCA Critical UX error been waiting to be connected to someone for hours on the phone. Every hour it says "Please call back later" and hangs up making me go back on hold repeating this endless loop of being on hold. Very bad error for new UX experience and very easy to fix..

Update the final customer support worker asked me if there was anything else they could help me with instantly closing the chat after sending their message

@amazon customer service, so far I've explain the situation to 5 people and have been ghosted by 4 of them and transferred to anther person each time. This critical UX mistakes being made i'm assuming hundreds per day slowly effecting over all company costs in multiple ways.
