I’m exactly the same. I would have done so much better if I had simply bought etf trackers in major indices like S&P 500 , Nasdaq , Russell 2000. Now feel like I’m paying the price for trying to be a smart-arse , also feel like a mug for being too ready to believe hype on platforms such as this.
Given that the loss ratio on most types of insurance averages around 70% , I basically look at insurance as a raw deal. As well as any potential payouts , our insurance premiums are also paying for all the associated costs . Basically, I would be much happier SELLING Insurance rather than buying it. Because of this, I keep my insurance purchases down to an absolute bare minimum.
@quakes99@Swedish_uranium So if it was indeed the ATM doing the buying, does this mean that these two trades alone will add over US$125M to SPUT’s cash balance?
If so, that is HUGE !!! Equivalent to about 1.4 million pounds U3O8 at current prices !!!
I have read elsewhere that SPUT could have raised ~US$40mn from the ATM on Friday , yet they only raised $11mn. It was suggested that Sprott have their hands tied regarding the ATM, until new limits have been agreed for 2026 ??
Do you have a view on this ? Might the same thing happen again today? Thanks.
@AquilaAmericana @KobeissiLetter If the debt really is increasing at $1 trillion every 40 days, then yes : 9 trillion a year. So close to $50 trillion of debt by Christmas next year !!???
