I’m currently facing a serious issue with @Bybit_Official P2P support.
On Oct 29, I placed an order to sell my USDT. The buyer claimed to have paid, but I never received any alert or credit. He opened an appeal, and I was asked to provide a screen recording showing my banking app from the App Store, confirming my name and account number, and proving that no payment was received — which I did.
The buyer submitted a statement from Kuda Bank claiming he made the payment. But my name and account number were missing, and the transaction didn’t even reduce his account balance.
It’s been over 3 days now and Bybit has done nothing. The investigation timer expired more than 16 hours ago, yet there’s still no update or resolution from support.
This level of delay is unacceptable — I just want a fair and transparent resolution.
