It is the pre-IPO holding, not new market buying.

Mukul Agrawal already held ~70.33 lakh shares (about 7% pre-issue) as per the offer document. The IPO was a fresh issue only (listed 4 Sep 2026), so the same shares now show at ~6% post-dilution in the Sep 2026 filings. It appears as a "fresh entry" simply because the stock became listed that quarter.
