Patience is a quality of the heart. The more patient you are, the better the outcome. An effective way to strengthen patience is through the link with your Creator. Don't lose that link. Exercise patience for His sake and He won’t let you down in your darkest moments.

Believers should devote these blessed ten days to good deeds, especially through “tahleel, takbeer and tahmeed.” The Prophet (PBUH) said: There are no days that are greater before Allah in which good deeds are more beloved to Him, than these ten days, so recite a great deal of tahleel, takbeer and tahmeed during them.”

Be consistent in your acts of worship. Small, daily doses are better than one huge chunk and then nothing at all. The Almighty loves those deeds that are done consistently. Remember, baby steps and build it up progressively. That way, you’re more likely to have staying power.

In all circumstances, pray. Never give up on the Lord of the Worlds. He’s All-Seeing, All-Knowing. Even when your lips no longer know what to ask for in prayer, He will listen to your heart. Where He is concerned, everything speaks volumes, including your tears. Keep the faith!

How short and fragile is this life! Keep reminding yourself especially with all that’s going around today. Take nothing and no one for granted. Appreciate everything, do your best under any given situation. Don’t give up and keep going. Most importantly, keep peace in your soul!

Never underestimate the immense power of a heartfelt prayer. It soothes your soul. Quit stressing. Just pray. If you use it as a means of comfort, the Almighty will provide you with peace of mind. We need that now more than ever before. And remember prayer changes everything!

Master this and you’ll live a life of contentment. Wait patiently for your turn. It will come... sooner or later. Until then, keep applauding for others. Don’t begrudge their blessings. Life is really that simple!

Be mindful of this. Sometimes even those with good intentions can lead you down the wrong path. Tread carefully. Watch where you’re heading. Learn to listen to the Almighty more than you listen to people. Trust Him more than you trust people. People are fallible. He isn’t!

Don’t rush the Almighty. Let Him do what needs to be done. Don’t block your blessings by moving too quickly. Sometimes the wait might be long. But nothing goes unanswered! Trust His timing. Bear beautiful patience while you wait. Great things take time!

As much as you want to resolve matters and get to the bottom of things, some things are better left the way they are. Let the Almighty take care of it. He knows how to handle it best; He knows how it will pan out. He has all the solutions to what you’re facing right now!

Let’s make today the day we change the way we respond to people & things around us. We need to take control of how we react to things. Be conscious of the decisions we make. Remember, we don’t always get to choose the circumstances, but we certainly get to choose how we respond!

Many of us are fooled into believing that strength is what we can do. No. Strength is more importantly overcoming the things we once thought we couldn't do. Learn to focus your heart and mind to it. Believe in yourself and seek help from the Almighty. You’ll get there eventually!

One of our biggest pitfalls is we assume we have time. So we put off till tomorrow what we were supposed to do today. Many thought the same. But death overtook them. Don’t lose out. Let this world run its race. We run after the Hereafter which is eternal. May we all get there!

Learn to stay calm in a world that is so chaotic today. Whatever you can’t control, hand it over to the Almighty. Do your best with the rest that life has offered you. Don’t compare yourself with others. We all deal with things differently. Accept the differences. Respectfully!

Almighty. Today we thank You for all the blessings You’ve bestowed on us. Thank You for hearing all the unspoken words we couldn’t utter because the hurt was too much to bear. Thank You for mending all our wounds, seen & unseen; and for making the pain more bearable. Aameen!

Almighty. Calm our troubled hearts and let peace and tranquility reign once again. There’s so much noise and confusion around us that it’s easy to be distracted and lose focus. Many useless things demand our attention. Guide us. Keep us firm in faith; always close to You! Aameen!
