As a marketer, there are so many things you'd learn and understand better when you practice. Getting your hands dirty with the actual work gives you a better pov. I believe that's how thought leadership is built. This applies to every other aspect of life. Get practicing. Cheers.

Being "satisfied with what you have” can be a cop-out, especially when starting your career.
When I started my remote job search in 2020, I had no baseline for what salary would make me “satisfied.”
In fact, when I was interviewing for the role at Animalz, I put “$30,000” in the ask box for “What yearly salary are you looking at for this role?”
It certainly would have been more than enough for me, who at the time was making $1200 a month from my freelance gig — way more money than I’d ever handled until that point.
Thankfully, my interviewer laughed it off and told me that the newest new hires started at $50,000.
Of course, I’ve grown past that amount in the years since and made more money than I could have fathomed at that time.
Yet, I’m not “satisfied.”
That experience has only got me thinking that I could probably do more.
So, I keep pushing myself to explore to find what I and only a handful of others can/are willing to do.
I guess the lesson here is that you can’t grow ***and*** sit in complacency — it’s one or the other.
That drive to push yourself (and I mean this in the healthiest way possible) is one of the main elements that can impact your success.
Where does satisfaction begin/end for you?
I have trust issues for writers that do this:

2. The fastest way to ...
3. The easiest way to...
4. The better way to...
Would you ever tell us that your competitor's product is better? I'm stressed with y'all. 🤦
Saw @AdoraNwodo tweet about seeing rejections and disappointments as redirections.
It reminded me of something that happened to me recently that would have meant embarrassment on a global stage for me.
The last time I gave a talk in the US, something unexpected happened ...
