@ellinj App in many ways is impractical, many times the input (passenger side) and the outcome (drivers side) are totally different. Trust you direct contact with the driver. App never updated to the real demand. Funny updates by Uber tech guru’s r on things “ain't broke, don't fix it”.

@nowyre U can ask driver to use the aux cable to play ur music or ask that u want a quite ride & if he don’t mind to turn off the music. Mostely z problem is z other way round. Think playing music of ur choice is neither the driver nor the rider right. Each must b considerate of z other

@Mica4Life@Uber When U call Uber 4 verification is provided to U. The vehicle model, car tag, driver name and driver photo. The only Verfication (security for the driver for payment) is the passenger providing his or her name. If driver provides z passenger name some will say yes that is me.
