@billharting @NefariousRich @seananmcguire I was going to ask the same, haven't got a shipping notification from Subterranean Press yet. Eagerly looking forward to it, though!
it’s funny how it was established that u need at least 10 days off for a covid infection and then the CEO of delta was like “can we plssss make it five days instead” and the government was like “sure! we will just ask the virus to be less serious”
Researchers show that certain bacteria are required for formation of a female-specific organ in the Hawaiian bobtail squid, providing the 1st example of complete organ development relying on exposure to symbiotic bacteria in an animal host. @mbiojournal: https://t.co/LCKRtKurWU
@schlazor I don't, because it's broken and two different shops have said they'd diagnose it and then returned the car to me without checking the horn. One even marked that the horn was working on the inspection checklist.

@eljefoliver@DoYaKnowWilma I learned yesterday that you need to be careful about the magnet sizes in the burners relative to the pan's cooking surface, though. A 6" magnet won't heat a 12" pan very well. And many midrange manufacturers don't tell you the magnet sizes up front.

Oh holy shit. The Chronicles of Amber is one of my favorite series, one of only three that I love enough to read more than once.
(the others are @seananmcguire 's Newsflesh and Wayward Children)
I can’t believe I get to work on this.

Update: how it should be done ✅ A short vid showing how disabled passengers use an aisle chair to go to the toilet on a flight. How small this piece of equipment is and how minor of an adjustment that some airlines still refuse to carry. https://t.co/SULnWvkQaV please share!
@DoYaKnowWilma My brother has a little 2-burner unit that sits on top of his normal electric range, and it _is_ wild. Instant on and off. The only real drawback is that it splits power been the burners, so you get reduced output when using both. I've also seen concave ones for woks.
@DoYaKnowWilma I'm probably slightly more likely than a lot of people to have noticed. I do a lot of cooking, and have been researching replacements for my glass top electric range.
I really want an induction range, but they're like $8k the last time I went looking.
