Go to the "Messages" tab on the bottom navigation bar in Twitter
If your inbox is empty, you will have the option to click “Write a message” or select the message icon. If there are DMs already in your inbox, you will only have the option to click the message icon.
Search and select [Insert Uber Account]. Click “Next”.
You will now have the option to send us a DM.
