And above all, having decency when dealing with clients which boils down everything you mentioned.

Indeed there're talented individuals with many other lacking facets to be a professional talented individuals that would be completed by the management teams...

However many artists undermine the role played by other third parties when it comes to financial reconciliations/compensations when money comes in...

Over the counter in Rwanda, you can't exceed 5M Francs ( Which is less to 20M Ug shilings)...

However you can digitally send designated recipients any amount as long as you've proof that can exceed beyond the set limit per day...

Notably also some industries such as mining and construction are favored when it comes to such conditions of counter withdrawal limits...

It's always contextual and banks alongside the central bank provide flexibility to those deserving to exceed the set limit considering that they're not in mass... Very few specific individuals...

Employers should also take the lead in training their staff on such basic decency in service delivery.
