Severe abdominal pain.
Patient said he has been on native treatment for so long and the pain kept getting worst. He decided to go the hospital.
What's the diagnosisπ
Let's explain this:
Notice the appearance of the left renal sinus.
You'll see that it appears enlarged, and obviously echogenic.
When you look closely, you'll see a calculus with a demonstrable posterior acoustic shadow.
Between me and patient.
So this patient came in for Pelvic Scan, and I asked what her complains were, she said that she wanted to check if she was fertile.
I began the scan and everything seems normal.
Then I asked about her LMP she replied June Ist. So ideally, she missed her period.
Then I asked, were you on any medication she replied that she took Postinor.
Then I said, person wer the check for fertility de take Postinor? The young girl burst laugh.
So her worry was actually about a missed period and a negative PT result. That was why she came for scan, and not about the fertility story she talked about.
