I have read some Facebookupdates and tweets about this referees from Somalia that USA debied visa for the world. What I have to say is, his country is on USA ban and that barred him automatically. This is not so hard to understand.

Who do we blame for this? FIFA is to be blamed. There are two other countries that are co-hosting the world cup with USA, FIFA should have drafted him to officiate in one of the two other countries instead of USA. You don't expect USA to bend their rules because of one person.
