It's hard to understand why 99% of UK unis insist on IELTS for Nigerians, while 99% of US unis waive it without hesitation. It's somewhat disrespectful to think Nigerian graduates aren't proficient in English. It is the medium of instruction at all levels of education in Nigeria!

@OurFavOnlineDoc Sad. As a trainee radiographer, I was posted to several federal university teaching hospitals, including UNTH & UCH. I can bet these 2 have the skilled manpower to compete globally if properly funded. That's where U find some of the best brains in this country. No jokes!
