@MyRadarWX Thank you posting this! My husband narrowly missed this tornado. He pulled off Hwy 10 and was going to head south to take shelter in a local hospital, but he gut instinct told him to turn around. If he stayed on course he would’ve driven directly into the tornado

@NWSTwinCities Thanks for posting the turkey chart! Helps me remember the year we didn’t make it to Ely for Thanksgiving. We had to go back to The Cities and all we had were green beans & cranberries for dinner. My uncle in Ely had a turkey all to himself!

@btroye @BoKnowsWeather My kid was driving home with from Treasure Island to Chanhassen. Thank God for modern technology and Fox 9 because I was able to track them and the weather simultaneously. I called them shouting “stay away from Hwy 5 & Hwy 7!”

@theLUCASTDS It’s true! There’s a company called Realityworks in Eau Claire, Wisconsin that makes virtual dolls for schools/organizations that do this. The company was formerly called “Baby Think It Over” and a friend of mine worked for them in the late 90’s early 2000’s
