A)A visual treat! 12th-c Akkana Basadi built under Veera Ballala 2 is pure stone poetry.
B)It's exquisite calligraphy and dextrous, unmatched carvings done with just a hammer & chisel remain a mystery

Review:
Acting
Emily Blunt is easily the standout performer of the film. She brings real emotion and conviction to her role and carries many of the film’s strongest moments. She is excellent throughout. The supporting cast is solid, but the second lead never quite reaches the same level and feels fairly ordinary compared to Blunt’s performance. Colman Domingo is dependable as always and makes an impact despite limited screen time.
Direction and Cinematography
Even at 79, Steven Spielberg still knows how to stage and shoot a scene better than almost anyone. The story itself may not be particularly surprising, but the filmmaking is often remarkable. The long continuous shots are stunning and some of the film’s best moments come purely from the way Spielberg moves the camera. Janusz Kamiński’s cinematography is top-notch and gives the film a grand, immersive scale. Visually, this is easily one of the film’s strongest aspects.
Sound Design and Presentation
The sound design is excellent and helps build tension throughout the film. While the mix is immersive, there isn’t a great deal of opportunity for the height channels to truly shine, so those expecting a reference-level Atmos experience may find it a little restrained. Dolby Vision presentation is very good, with strong contrast and impressive image quality that complements the cinematography beautifully. From a technical standpoint, the film is a satisfying theatrical experience.
Story and Overall Experience
My biggest issue with Disclosure Day is that the story felt quite ordinary and predictable. The film presents itself as a mystery, but I felt I had figured out where it was heading from the first act itself. Given how much discussion there has been in recent years around extraterrestrial life and various revelations surrounding the topic, many of the film’s ideas didn’t feel particularly fresh. The climax is well executed but also predictable, and the final scene introduces an unanswered question that left me wondering why it was needed in the first place. That said, the film is still an engaging watch thanks to Spielberg’s direction, strong visuals, and Emily Blunt’s performance. It may not rank among his very best science fiction films, but it remains a satisfying theatrical experience.
The mere possibility of getting a final Mad Max movie by Miller fills my heart with joy. One of the kings of blockbuster filmmaking. Furiosa's failure at the box office was incredibly sad, so I am glad he might get a chance to finish this franchise's story on his own terms.
