Bihar Police arrested Manish Gupta for impersonating an IAS officer and an undercover agent for NSA Ajit Doval.
As per reports, police seized ₹100 crore worth of property, 31 liters of imported alcohol, a driverless Tesla, and much more.
Business model was simple: take bribe from people by posing as an IAS officer to get administrative work done, and then use a portion of that money to bribe lower-level bureaucracy to complete the job while keeping a hefty cut for himself. Things were going smoothly until a jealous person complained.
If a fake one can amass hundreds of crores in property so quickly, just imagine the potential a real one has!

Parliament gave Meta three days to explain the 'technical glitch' that made the Prime Minister's video vanish. At the exact same time, Meta deleted OpIndia’s post that criticized them for it.
It shows selective glitches, selective free speech, and selective accountability. Censoring criticism while being questioned by Parliament doesn't look like a technical error, it looks intentional.

Social media influencer @/voiceofneeshhu, previously spotted at protest of CJP, is actively pushing an illegal online gambling/betting platform via her Instagram stories to over 390k followers.
She is Promoting an illegal betting platform (web-in.gogotofly(dot)com / "Come") offering fake promises of "easy money" and "100% cashback" to entice young followers into gambling.
The platform uses a interface heavily cloned from apps like Stake, featuring casino games, mines, aviator, and sports betting.
She Allegedly accepted ₹1,75,000 for this illegal promotion.
Promoting unauthorized offshore betting apps violates Indian cyber laws and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.

Manish Kashyap’s petrol price video leaves out one very important detail.
That ₹167 figure isn’t the price of regular petrol. It’s XP100 — 100-octane premium fuel meant for performance vehicles.
Regular petrol is 91-octane.
And XP100 was already ₹160 when it launched in December 2020, before the E20 rollout. Today, it’s around ₹167.
So using the price of premium fuel to attack E20 and Nitin Gadkari Ji is simply comparing two different things to create outrage.

However, it is not a mistake.
It is deliberate design of logo of ‘Mister Singh’s India – The Home of Curry’.

Haryana:
Jewellery worth ₹25 lakh missing from Punjab National Bank locker in Faridabad.
She said she had last checked the locker in May 2024.
When she visited the bank on July 21, her key failed to open the locker.
According to the complaint, the bank manager initially attributed the issue to a technical fault and assured her that a technician would resolve it.
However, after the locker was opened, jewellery worth more than Rs 25 lakh was allegedly found missing.
Kapoor alleged that the bank manager asked her to wait and assured her that the matter would be looked into internally.
After no resolution was reached, she approached the police.
Faridabad Police PRO Yashpal said a case had been registered on the basis of the complaint regarding the missing gold and silver jewellery.
The investigation is underway, he added.
This is Sahil Barua, the CEO and co-founder of the courier service company Delhivery.
The company that makes people's parcels disappear while they are in transit and then gives them no response, keeping them waiting and harassing them for 15 days, is committing a massive fraud against its customers.
Sahil Barua is silently watching all of this happen.
I sent an important parcel through Delhivery on 21 July. My parcel was picked up, and the expected delivery date was 26 July. However, it was not delivered on that date. Later, the delivery date was changed to 31 July.
I contacted Delhivery's customer care, but I did not receive any response or callback for three days. Eventually, I received a call, and they asked me to give them 24 hours to investigate and resolve the issue. After 24 hours, there was still no response, so I contacted them again. This time, they asked for 48 more hours.
Even after that, there was no update. When I contacted them again, they said they needed 7 days to investigate my parcel. Since my parcel was extremely important and every day's delay was causing me significant problems and financial loss, I followed up again the very next day. Their team then informed me that my parcel could not be located and that the full investigation would take 15 days.
Just imagine - 12 days after my parcel was picked up, I was told that they could not find it, and now they are asking for another 15 days to complete the investigation.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I have made more than 50 calls to Delhivery's customer care, yet I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.
When I researched Delhivery online, I found that many customers have reported similar experiences, claiming that their parcels went missing during transit, deliveries were delayed for many days, and customer support failed to provide satisfactory responses.
I also noticed that Sahil Barua is not active on any major social media platform, making it difficult for customers to tag him and ask questions about their unresolved issues. In my view, despite many customer complaints, I have not seen a public response from him or any visible action addressing these concerns.
Based on my own experience, I would advise people to think carefully before using Delhivery for important shipments, as delivery issues or missing parcels can cause serious inconvenience.
Sahil Barua is making profits by troubling and cheating innocent people.
The government should take action against them.
Thousands of quintals of paddy are rotting under the open sky at a govt facility in Panna, Madhya Pradesh.
Why do they buy so much if they don't have the proper facilities or the work ethic to store it? In a country where many are still dependent on the govt for food, wasting foodgrains like this is criminal!
Ajeet Bariya, 21, a resident of Mandla, Madhya Pradesh, developed severe breathing difficulties.
His father called the State Govt’s 108 helpline, explained his son's condition, and specifically requested oxygen support. Although the ambulance arrived an hour later, the attendants refused to give oxygen without a doctor’s prescription.
Upon arriving at the nearest govt hospital, the attending doctor reprimanded the ambulance staff for their negligence, ordered them to administer oxygen immediately, and referred Ajeet to the district hospital.
While the staff finally administered oxygen for the transfer, the supply ran out halfway to the hospital, and Ajeet died gasping for breath. Videos of his distraught family weeping at the district hospital have since surfaced online; one of them shows Ajeet struggling for air in the ambulance, though it is too sensitive to share.
Most state-funded ambulance services function like this. They operate as if they are merely transport vehicles rather than the first link in the chain of emergency medical care. Ambulances often arrive late, staff frequently lack emergency medical training, and life-saving equipment is missing, outdated, non-functional, or poorly maintained. There are no clearly enforced SOPs, little accountability, inadequate supervision, and almost no meaningful quality audits.
