We are grateful to everyone who joined us for such an honest and insightful conversation on the emotional realities of money with @NantambiMarjor1
One thing stood out clearly: money may not be emotional but our relationship with it is.

Early this week, the #4thNHPC2026 was officially opened by the Hon. Minister of Health,Dr. @JaneRuth_Aceng , together with the Hon. Minister of State for Higher Education, Dr. @JCMuyingo bringing together key stakeholders to strengthen health professional training in Uganda. 1/2
Conversations focused on bridging the gap between academia& the world of work; ensuring training aligns with real healthcare needs& graduates are well-prepared for practice. Grateful to contribute to discussions shaping a more responsive,well-equipped health workforce for Uganda.
Not all work is visible, but it is always felt.
Beyond titles and outputs, there are real people navigating pressure, uncertainty, growth, and expectation while still choosing to show up.
The future of work must hold space for both performance & wellbeing.

Money isn’t emotional we are and without direction, money simply follows habits, urgency, &’patterns we’ve never questioned. My biggest takeaway: Be intentional.
✔️ Acknowledge your money ✔️ Give it direction ✔️ Build a relationship with it
Because money goes where it’s led.
Tell me why I’ve been giving my money the silent treatment… 🤭
No conversations. No direction. Just reacting when pressure shows up. This came up during our #WorkWellSeries conversation with Coach @NantambiMarjor1@bethamynds
Why are companies struggling to find talent while graduates struggle to find jobs?
I had the opportunity to moderate the Tech Leadership & Mentorship Workshop, where the National Tech Skills Talent Program was launched to bridge this gap
Be part of the shift. @ciocxo_dlf
With coordination from the Inter-ministerial Standing Committee, this milestone reflects stronger collaboration between education and health; setting the pace for a more efficient, skilled, and responsive health workforce.

At the #4thNHPC2026, @Educ_SportsUg represented by the Hon. Minister of State for Higher Education, Dr. @JCMuyingo joined the @MinofHealthUG , led by the Hon. Minister of Health Dr. @JaneRuth_Aceng , to launch a new framework guiding how health professionals are trained in Uganda
This framework brings clarity to how medical internships and degree training will be conducted; ensuring future doctors, nurses, and other health professionals are better prepared to meet the country’s healthcare needs.

Money is not just about what you earn, It’s also about what you feel.
🔹The pressure to keep up.
🔹The need to reward yourself.
🔹The anxiety that lingers, even when your income is consistent

“What happens in this house stays in this house.”
I grew up hearing this…and without realizing it, I learned silence.
Not to question, not to express. Just to keep things in.
