I don’t know who needs to hear this…

I understand craving paid UGC work but PLEASE don’t sell yourself short. Don’t settle for low-balls just because you’re eager to land a paid collaboration. Know your worth.

I see so many accepting offers that honestly I myself find insulting (I’m sure others do as well). Your raw content is GOLD! Your time is valuable. You are worthy.

Also, take into consideration that accepting these low offers, you are setting the bar low, not only for yourself but for other UGC creators as well. Brands will continue to try and take advantage of our hard work if we don’t learn how to say no.
